Rate Schedule

In Ontario, the rates for private home healthcare services vary depending on the type of care and the qualifications of the caregiver. Here is a general overview of the current rates:

  1. Registered Nurses (RNs):
    Hourly rates range from $55 to $80
  2. Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs)
    Hourly rates range from $45 to $60.
  3. Personal Support Workers (PSWs):
    Hourly rates range from $28 to $35.
  4. Companion Workers:
    These rates are ranging from $22 to $30 per hour.

These rates can vary based on factors such as the complexity of care required, the location within Ontario, and whether the services are provided by an agency or an independent contractor.

We also offer package deals or discounts for long-term care commitments. We also offer flexible payment plans upon approval.

Home Support Services

Friendly check-in visits, errands, shopping, planning and preparing meals, housekeeping, laundry, accompaniment to appointments, and incidental transportation.

Personal Care Services

Personal Support Workers provide assistance with the private activities of daily living, such as hygiene, grooming, toileting, medication reminders, and mobility.

Nursing Services

Specialized nursing care such as medication administration, wound care, foot care, ostomy care, catheter care, and palliative care are rendered as prescribed by the client’s treating physician and are available at the following rates.

All of our caregivers are supervised, and are carefully screened, trained, bonded, and insured.

**Minimum billing for PSW & Companion services at the above rates is 3 hours per visit.
Statutory holidays are billed at 1 ½ times the regular rate. Mileage for the use of a caregiver’s vehicle in conjunction with errands, shopping, and appointments is billed at a rate of 25 cents per kilometre.
All clients are invoiced monthly or bi-weekly. Payment is due upon receipt.
Flexible payment plans are available upon inquiry.

  • Performing regular fridge cleaning to ensure food is fresh
  • Coordination of home and yard repair or maintenance services
  • Coordination for installation of in-home assistive devices
  • Coordination of services and referrals to other community agencies if required

Personal Care includes assistance with the private activities of daily living, such as:

  • Medication Reminders
  • Alzheimer's & Dementia Support

Trained and certified Personal Support Workers provide all personal support services.

Complex Care Services

Complex care refers to services that must be performed by a regulated health professional, such as a Registered Nurse or a Registered Practical Nurse.
These services include:

  • Medication Administration
  • Vital Signs Monitoring
  • Wound Care
  • Catheter Care
  • Foot Care
  • Ostomy Care
  • Palliative Care
